Paige They have a lot to choose from, especially jewelry. My daughter loves to buy her earrings from here, and they usually have some type of deal going on. I like to look at their unique assortment of items. For instance, I regret not buying the bar of soap they had that was labeled to be scented like "Beyonces breathe". They keep Gudatama in stock...I mean who wouldnt think a lazy egg yolk with a butt isnt cute? They have everything you didnt know you needed.

Christina Morgan Lots of variety!! Lots of purses, luggage, earrings, necklaces, western hats, scarves. It took us a good hour just to check out everything. Prices were mostly inexpensive so worth a stop. It was very clean and organized

Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers. Alex Only giving two stars as the sales associate are lovely. I went in to purchase one of my first statement pieces but couldn’t make up my mind. I was mid conversation with a lovely worker when, I’m assuming the manager with long grey hair came and took the worker away to ask questions that were irrelevant to the conversation in front of me and several other customers. This is super embarrassing not only for me but I cannot imagine how the employees feel. I would not recommend coming here as this interaction left me uncomfortable.

Jennifer Boone What a nice experience! This little family owned business (owned and operated) by the Gracias family was one I had to stop and give a review. They offered instant sizing to my ring and delivered with a smile, sweet conversation and a shiny ring. They took the time to size me correctly, tighten the settings and shined it to sparkle! A huge thank you to this family and many blessings. Yall go see them…you won’t regret it!

Haden Cowdrey Took my now wife here to get an engagement ring, we were in a difficult position due to me being in the military and having to move sooner than I expected. The customer service was incredible, many other ring places seemed judgmental with our situation. I believe her name was Sharon, she was so nice and gave us her upmost attention and let my girlfriend try on everything she desired. She got everything put together in quick time. Really happy we found this place.

maggie van dyke Friendly staff! Great workmanship! I found jewelers bench when looking for someone who is an authorized Philip stein watch repair. I took an amethyst tennis style bracelet that was missing a stone. Because of the color of the stone, I thought it was going to be a difficult match but they did a really good job. The jeweler even checked the remaining prongs and gave it a thorough clean making it look brand new! I highly recommend them!

Billy Wise All i can say is...i wish i would have hired Monica and Roland of Estate Sale Services to do my parents estate sale. After going to their estate sale in a warehouse in Galveston, i was amazed at the knowledge and professionalism of this crew. Roland negotiated many a fair deal while keeping me entertained with his sense of humor....and just as impressive was Monicas expertise of vintage merchandise, quality of fabric, and her ability to know what i would like. Very impressed with this team. I cant wait til the next sale on Labor Day Weekend.
