1 /5 Ashley Zapata: WORST TAX PREPARATION EVER!!! I am a mom of 5 and they told me I didn’t qualify for the child tax credit as I have for the past 15 years since my first twin’s were born. I was stupid to let these fools file for me and accept the BS $500 loan that came with it during a very trying time. What a mistake that was! Screwed me out of well over $5000. Then I get a letter in the mail from THE IRS THEMSELVES saying that I in fact did qualify for the Child, tax credit and need to file an amended return because these idiots jacked it up so bad. Then here comes Beatrice and whomever else in the office harassing me during my work hours about the BS $500 loan that they would’ve gotten back long ago had they FILED MY DAMN TAXES CORRECTLY. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PISSED, SCREWED OR DISAPPOINTED WITH MY TAXES OR THIS COMPANY. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER LET WORLD FINANCE TOUCH MY TAXES. I AM NEVER DOING BUSINESS HERE EVER AGAIN. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TAX AND LOAN EXPERIENCE!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!
