1 /5 Jonathan Traylor: I recently got behind on 1 month and 15 days on my car payment and went in to get it caught up and paid 2 payments $600 worth and it was on a Saturday and they came and repoed it anyway!! Their fees are unethical and ridiculous high for working class people grossly high! I definitely would not recommend doing business with Kerr County Federal Credit Union!

1 /5 Carlie Doyle: I went to the bank with what I thought was a check to deposit, as I couldnt deposit it through mobile banking. After getting a receipt and leaving, the teller called me back to inform me it wasnt a check and reversed the deposit. Frustrated, I expressed my annoyance, but was turning around to go figure out what was going on. The teller then proceeded hang up on me, which left me in disbelief. Its disappointing how the bank treated me, especially since it was their mistake. Its concerning to see the decline in their service quality, and I dread going there due to the lack of customer service and rudeness of the staff.

1 /5 CJ: After 8 years i am so fed up with this bank, there is always some sort of issue. They only respect you when you have large sums of money in your account. When I had 165k in my checking I was basically treated like a saint. Now that I have moved most of that money out of my account to another institution they treat me differently and act like I am a scammer when I bring a check in for over 5k. I do not trust this bank anymore, everything is a scheme for them to withhold funds or delay everything. My best advice is to not bank here. Whether its personal or business. They will find a way to drain your funds for any reason possible and their response will be "its our policy" The few good people that were there have been fired (over 2 years ago) I wonder why, if you arent rude, condicending or ok with screwing people they will not employ you. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. For the 2 people left that I trust, if you read this, you know who you are and Im sorry you work there, yall are better than this. Find a new bank and become something you can be proud of. And for anyone else thats reads this and has a problem, you know how to contact me. I will be making a formal complaint and pushing for a law suit for unfair treatment. Its time yall taste your own medicine.
