2 /5 Emely Torres: The experience opening the loan was fast and simple very professional BUT ON the referral they told me the next day till the manager signs, and I been calling and she is always busy or not in the office. Most of the companies give it the next day ones the customer opens the loan that’s the only issue THE REFERRALS I DONT KNOW TILL WHEN MANAGER SAID SHE HAS 30 days

5 /5 N E: I applied for this loan about two weeks ago in Harlingen AAA was never able to get any friendly customer service. I would call and ask for any progress on my loan and every time the same employee would answer and seemed annoyed and frustrated. I tried my luck and called McAllen AAA before I can explained what I had experienced the Manager Viviana made me feel confident and comfortable. She treated fare and respectful. The whole process was done within a day. I will be recommending this company to my family and friends. Thank you girls keep up the great work!
