Delcy Castro Excelente customer service!!!! I went to this branch for the first time today it felt like home. Jesse went beyond expectations. When I walked in Jesse asked how he can help me, but I didn’t have my card on. Since I was using crutches he went grab a chair for me to seat , and placed the chair near the counter so the teller can assist me when my turn comes. In top of that Jesse informed the customers i line, and coworker about the situation. The teller also provided excellent customer service (thank you so much) she asked me multiple times if I need anything else, but I forgot her name.
