Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Pearland (TX)

1 /5 Bryant Stanfield: Wouldn’t recommend using this bank at all! I deposited a couple hundred dollars in one of the ATMS on (2/8/24) at 8:18 pm and the ATM (ITXN1809) malfunctioned on me! I sat around waiting until about 8:30pm for the ATM to restart and once it did my money hadn’t deposited into my bank account! I’ve had three different customer service representatives all give me the run around with no real answer to how I could receiving my funds! Has anyone else had this problem before?

5 /5 Delcy Castro: Excelente customer service!!!! I went to this branch for the first time today it felt like home. Jesse went beyond expectations. When I walked in Jesse asked how he can help me, but I didn’t have my card on. Since I was using crutches he went grab a chair for me to seat , and placed the chair near the counter so the teller can assist me when my turn comes. In top of that Jesse informed the customers i line, and coworker about the situation. The teller also provided excellent customer service (thank you so much) she asked me multiple times if I need anything else, but I forgot her name. Thanks Jesse I was holding my tears, your actions were very quickly. You’re very compassionate person I hope BOA value your work and passion of helping others. I do appreciate you. Blessings.

5 /5 John G: Demar was fantastic. He helped me find the right credit card & was very knowledgeable on all my questions. I was greated when I walked in, waited a few minutes before I was able to sit down with Demar. Friendly & helpful people all around!

5 /5 Syna: Representative Jesse is the best person I’ve ever seen in my life , he spent 4 hours to only fix my issue, talking on the phone with multiple people , opening a new account , unlocking my blocked account. Super kind and responsible, god bless him.

1 /5 Jonathan CL: This branch deceives customers, be very careful with the women who work there are more executives who deceive customers on issues of car pre-approvals, when in reality they ar Credit applications that affect your credit score, do not come here as this branch has no reputation.
