Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing and unsatisfactory. The employee I interacted with seemed unfamiliar with the online services they offered, and even the manager was unable to provide assistance. Despite reading negative reviews beforehand, I decided to give them a chance to prove themselves. However, my experience confirmed the negative feedback I had come across.
