Erika Zapata Went with my daughter, a friend, and her children. We had a lovely time. The kids had fun at the museum and did hands on activity with a mermaid bucket. Each child got to keep a small item in the end. Then they all broke one geode. So much fun!

Kay M. Henry did an amazing job with my tennis bracelet. He does great work, communicates with the customer well and is very efficient. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround time. I’d asked him to remove some links from my bracelet, but he went above and beyond by cleaning it and fixing the broken clasp as well. He also cleaned my necklace for me on the spot when I picked up my bracelet. Definitely recommend!

Cindy Hamilton I am so impressed! I was in town briefly and noticed that the clasp on my precious cross necklace was not closing tightly. I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience. christina metcalf Need a rotary phone, roll top desk, Johnny Cash poster, and gram of gold? Of course you do and this is the place to find those things and so much more. A visit here is “exploring”, not shopping. So many treasures and treats from the past. It’s more than jewelry. It’s a history lesson. Even the location is historic. It once was a bank (as you can tell from the building’s architecture and safe in the back). We’ve been coming to McKinney for six years now (just moved here permanently) and this store is one of our first stops each visit. Go check it out.

Unlike the first place, I was quoted around half the price and my ring was carefully inspected for its setting and condition. The repair work needed was fully described to me And all my questions answered. The turnaround time was good, the price was fair, and the service was personalized and knowledgeable.
