Sherry Gaible James Avery never has a sale but they did offer a good deal on their charms. So, I gathered the three adopted granddaughters and had a shopping spree this hot afternoon. I have been coming up empty for their birthday and Christmas gifts the past year or so. Starting a charm bracelet or add on necklace is a great way for them to design their own gift. This JA store seems brand new, but the very personable and helpful store manager, Karen, said the store is actually five years old. Could have fooled me. We had Karen and her assistant Morgan"s full attention for a good part of the afternoon. The brilliantly lit glass cases, with sample charms, were so enticing, but the girls (11, 9 and 7) made wonderful decisions on their own. I hope this is a tradition that we can keep for years to come.

Sarah Jane Great store, always have had a great experience when I have shopped here. They try to get your bracelet back as quickly as they can when you get charms added. Very helpful as well when I have either just stopped by to look or pick up

Sky Quest Michelle made my wife’s birthday present on time with a very memorable and welcoming experience at the store. Thank you Michelle, for making it happen!! Alter’s is a historic jewelry store with hundredth years of service and experience. One can see that from vintage Rolex sing that you will not find even in a posh Swiss chalet town to sprawling selection of jewelry pieces. My wife’s grandmother ring which she was given was bought in Alter’s by her grandfather many years ago. Timeless, collections for Alter’s leave legacy pieces enduring generations. Great experience. Hanna-Rose Hix I have the most stunning ring!! I came in to browse with my fiancé and told Rachel my likes and dislikes about different wedding rings. Then, my fiancé worked with Rachel to design the perfect ring and it turned out amazing! The design process was much quicker than I expected, and I was very surprised to get engaged so soon after visiting the store together! She also had great tips for keeping the ring in our price range. They work with you to get you exactly what you want!

Mike Herrera They have done an excellent job in repairing and cleaning our jewelry. They even resized our wedding rings. They also gave us a good price on upgrading my wife’s diamond in her wedding ring. They used her old diamond chips and put it in a pendant for her. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
