Castillo Hugo “Александр” Moe is a True Professional - Handled a Cherished Watch with Care! I came to Precious Jewelry Outlet with a vintage watch that belongs to my daughter. It’s a special piece to her, so I was nervous about finding someone to replace the battery. Moe was the gentleman who assisted me, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and handled the older watch with the utmost care and precision. He had it running again in no time. My daughter was thrilled! Jared Guynes Listen, I thought I was just walking into a little gem and mineral shop to kill time while my wife tried on clothes down the street. What actually happened was I crossed the threshold into House of Gems and was immediately spiritually cleansed by the positive energy radiating from a 30-pound amethyst cathedral that might be sentient. This place is like if a science museum and a wizard’s treasure trove had a baby and that baby grew up to sell ethically sourced crystals, dino fossils, and meteorites with personality. I left with a huge amethyst! If you’re in downtown McKinney and don’t stop by House of Gems, you’re robbing your soul of some truly sparkly healing. Great gift shop!

Love how the charms represent a special time or memory in my life. Makes great birthday, Christmas or Mothers Day gifts! The staff is always polite, helpful, and do a great job polishing my jewelry which is FREE! They have recently remodeled and I love the new look. Its also awesome that James Avery is a Texas based company.

Michael G Outstanding place to get a watch repaired. They have done a repair that required a lot of work and did a great job. I also just had a Pin break in my watch band… I brought it by and he swapped it out in about 35 seconds and didn’t charge me a dime. You don’t come across businesses with this level of service and friendliness and expertise often. Highly recommend.
