Id taken my engagement ring to a different local jeweler and it came back looking a bit beaten up at the bottom, and as if itd been clamped with a pair of pliers. Eichhorn took a longer time, but the work was much better—it looks like nothing was done to the ring at all. Also, the customer service was great. Definitely recommended!

The store itself is beautiful- from the gorgeous fixtures and entry way chandelier, to the glass cases full of fine jewelry. Not to mention the store’s signature scent, that will appeal to your senses in a way that is not expected for a jewelry store. The ladies who work there are friendly and welcoming, offering help, a drink or snack while you browse or take advantage of the complimentary jewelry cleaning. Southern Gem did an amazing job on the repair of my wedding ring. I also had them make a duplicate of my wedding band and I can not tell which is the original and which is the new. My rings were returned to me in perfect condition and sparkling like I had not seen them sparkle in years. I highly recommend shopping here and utilizing their jeweler services. Alena Salazar I went in to clean my Aggie ring which was horrendous. It was tarnished and was almost completely bronzed, and now it looks like the day I got it. I almost cried. AND IT WAS FREE!!!! The jeweler even let me try on engagement rings since I was window shopping while waiting for my ring (took 5 minutes to clean). He even educated me on what would best fit and what to look for.
