Western Finance - Wichita Falls (TX)

D Me Its been a month and no money for short term disability. My adjuster took 3 weeks to talk to me 1 time all bc i bugged the crap out of her. Ive called today and requested a supervisor call back for the 3rd time. Nothing is getting done and due to being a single mom paying the bills ive had to resort to getting food pantry food and taking out my 401k just to pay bills and medical expenses.

_ Maddox _ Ms. Davis and Lidia are amazing! Im a disabled veteran and Ms. Davis saw I was being overlooked and went out of her way to help me. Ive never experienced that much kindness from any other government employee. She made me feel like a person and not a number. Thank you!
