5 /5 Deanna Ross: I have been trying to get in touch with my local office and sit on hold then their phone system says call back later and hangs up. So I decided to try a location in a smaller town. I was on hold maybe 10 minutes then their phone rang and I heard a voice! They are a small office but they answer their phones. They got me the information I needed and even realized I needed some different information also. If you want a nice pleasant person to help you I highly recommend this office.

1 /5 Nadine: Maria in Pampa is the worst. I went in to request a new social security card for our youngest daughter who we adopted. Should have been a simple process. But here I am, 2 months later, with no social security card STILL. She wrote on our account that the birth certificate could not be verified even though I gave her the original AND had her speak to the manager in the office in the state we moved from because he did an individual verification for her. All she had to do was wrap up the paperwork and it would be completed. Nope. Instead she decided to write that the birth certificate was suspect. How does this woman have a job still? Ive gone in 4 times to the office to basically hold her hand and shes letting our case just hang there. Shes basically withholding my daughters social security paperwork. Holding it until what? Something needs to be done!

1 /5 Brenda Johnson: Moved here from Arizona called and reported a change of address for my son 2 times and online it showed his benefits were suspended so went to the office in pampa. The lady that "helped" is provided the worst customer service ever. She treated us like I was lying about everything. Went home and filled an appeal because we left there with absolutely no resolution to our problem . They need to either retrain employees or hire better ones

5 /5 Robert Pratt: I have been dealing with Ms Davis for around 4.5 years now. She has been very helpful with all the questions i have. She has always been very easy to work with. The only reason i gave her a 5 is cause i cant give no higher.
