Ive been very impressed with my local branch, but the call center has been a different story. My first interaction was with Valerie. She was friendly and answered all of the questions I had at the time. She also gave me her direct number in case I had any further questions. This is where the customer service has hit an iceberg. I have called her direct line 5 times in two weeks with no response. I know its the correct number because her greeting states her name and says shell contact you back in a timely manner. Im unlikely going to continue this loan process with yall since I have been completely ignored. Will likely just stay with my current "to big to fail" bank, since they at least return queries to my questions. Jeremy and Angela contacted me and completely remedied the issues with me, and I am very satisfied with their response. I believe they will be using this as a team coaching opportunity, and should not be a problem in the future.

Maria G Amanda had helped me with an issue I was having purchasing a vehicle and the entire process she had been so understanding and helpful the entire way! I was very disappointed because of paperwork that needed to be redone twice due to vehicle loan issues and the entire time she was looking into my situation and helped make my experience less stressful. She’s a great employee and deserves to be recognized and appreciated for all her hard work!

nancy higgs They own apts in Austin. Look at this - 11/3/2016 Status update on the cliffs at Barton creek apartments... Lets roll call the incidents: Cliffs captured residents using drugs/needles at the gym & then such residents were evicted. Multiple break-ins of one A/C service truck in the last two months. Two first floor homes broken into. A motorcycle stolen. Leasing office broken into & a confidential "password protected" laptop stolen. Brand new BMW stolen. AND now....drum roll...another vehicle stolen last night. If the office is going to continue to ignore our safety we must make it known. Please like & repost so fellow residents can at least be aware of the "non-violent" activity thats plaguing our community. Residents, our last email warning states the Cliffs are not here to insure our safety...hmmm, my mind drifts to...are you next on the "non-violent" list tonight!

Welington Fernandes I only stayed on the call because my insurance covers it, but this was hands down the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had. The wait time to speak with someone is incredibly long, and when you finally get through, youre met with a rude and unhelpful agent who clearly has no interest in actually assisting you. They talk over you, don’t listen, and make the entire process even more frustrating. If youre thinking about calling them, prepare to be extremely patient, or better yet, avoid it if you can. Absolutely unacceptable service.
