5 /5 Cody C: I give credit where it is due. Ive had great experiences with the bank over the years. I only had one bad experience, but the manager contacted me via phone and helped me to set it straight. I truly appreciate that. Thanks for the great customer service!

1 /5 Shay Star: I had an awful experience with a teller named Genelle. She didn’t count my money out to make sure she had cashed my check for the correct amount. She rolled her eyes at me and had a horrible attitude with me. The other tellers have good customer service but Genelle has an awful attitude

Joshua Fuentes I had a huge problem with my account this week (like a -1000.00 problem). I was freaking out like never before so went in to see about fixing this. I dont know if you could see it in my face that I was stressed out about this or what but Beatrice Posadas jumped in head first and got my account back where it was supposed to be by the end of the day. She went above and beyond by calling me through out the day with updates until this was resolved. She definitely needs a raise for her outstanding dedication to prosperity customers.
Free Boyette Just wanted to say I have been a customer since 2023 and the staff Lauren, Cody, Jean and Avery are the best team! They always great me with a warm welcome every time I come in. Very flexible with the payments, I love this place and the staff is amazing!!! Highly recommend.
