Wells Fargo Bank - Alice

Bruce Whitten I have only been to the Alice branch Wells Fargo bank one time. I was greeted immediately as I stepped into the lobby with a friendly hello and asking how they may assist. The teller, (didn’t catch her name), was friendly, courteous, and quickly assisted me with everything I needed from her. She then made an appointment for me with a lobby representative and asked me to have a seat saying someone would be with me shortly. I was only seated for a minute or two before Skye assisted me with what I needed from her. She was also friendly and courteous and went above and beyond to assist me. She had to make a few phone calls to Wells Fargo corporate directory to assist me. She explained what they at corporate were telling her and provided me with a few different options. Ultimately Skye was able to satisfy my concerns and provide me with exceptional customer service. I was extremely happy with the service from the Alice Wells Fargo Bank. Thank you

TDECU Pasadena Preston - Pasadena

Kaitlyn Lightburn My overall experience with TDECU has been frustrating and unreliable. Their online banking system is not user-friendly at all—navigating it feels outdated and overly complicated. On top of that, trying to reach someone for even the most basic questions is a hassle. You can expect to wait on hold for 30 minutes to an hour, which is absolutely ridiculous. And when you finally do get someone on the line, there’s no guarantee they’ll have the answers you need. In-person service hasn’t been much better. At the location I visited, a simple deposit or withdrawal took about 20 minutes to process. There’s a serious lack of efficiency across the board. I really wanted to give them a chance, but the consistent delays and poor customer service have made it clear—TDECU is just not worth it.
