1 /5 Rodney Walker: Ashely Patterson was an exceptional employee, her customer service skills were amazing. Apparently she is no longer with the branch and the customer service is terrible. My wife and I feel like just another caller in the que. No follow up is provided at all. Ashley made sure we were clear on all of our options. She took the time to explain in detail. Unfortunately for Welby this left a bad taste in our mouths.

5 /5 Lori Kimble Hines: I have been with JSC FCU “now Wellby” for 30years. I live in Texas City, but have preferred the 518/Hobbs location because the atmosphere was calming. Today, I visited the Texas City branch to get a 1098 for filling my taxes. The atmosphere was very different than in the past. Mrs. Laura was so inviting, helpful, and stopped what she was doing to tend to my concerns. Her and her team made me feel valued. They all worked together in tandem with urgency….and it literally turned my mood around. The lobby music was perfect!! It actually brought me back to my early 20’s when Sunnie 99.1 played the BEST soothing work music. Keep doing what you are doing Ms.Laura!! Great customer service!! Lori Kimble Hines

She went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and stress-free, and her knowledge and guidance were invaluable! She was extremely helpful!

5 /5 LEV PTO: We are a Parent-Teacher Organization for a local elementary school. We do a fundraiser where students bring in change and have a competition to see who brings in the most. We went to the Texas City location to use the coin machine. We got about $5 in and the machine jammed. Niva was the teller available and she came straight over to help. The machine continued to jam, so Niva decided to stay with us and feed all the coins in herself. She individually took the coins out that she thought were too dirty and might cause the machine to jam and processed them manually. All in all, I was there about an hour and half. Niva helped me the whole time, was never bothered by the time-consuming situation, and was incredibly helpful and kind. She was a joy to work with and we are so thankful for her help to make our fundraiser a success!
