Customer service in our country has depleted to that of a third world country. Kerr County CU has gone out of their way to take care of me, and I am truly grateful.

Tyler Aaron I was nervous to apply after hitting a rough patch in life that dropped my credit, so I did the application online. A few minutes later, a warm friendly agent called to finish the process. The same woman greeted me as I came to pick up the check. I also got to keep a promo cup that makes the perfect choice for pop tarts or cookies and milk. (That could have its own 5 stars ;) ). Before leaving i was told about the tax referral incentive. FF a year, I returned for another loan with a confidence solidified by my great service prior. The same lady is still 5/5 and even hit the incentive. Boss, thats an unbiased- customer-verified 100% completion. I can say he name but afraid ill butcher the spelling. I will edit when I can. Thank you WF!

John Cooper These guys are great. Its a well organized cornicopia of services available for those in need. They helped me with a well balanced portion of food in addition to feeding the pharmacy bill I couldnt pay. All of the workers are truly helpful, their altruistic fruit is ripe with kindness.
