The staff there is always helpful with you and your paperwork and will help you correct any mistakes on the spot so you wont have to leave empty handed unlike in Houston they will tell you that you didnt do something right and dismiss you and say next calling on the next person leaving you clueless on what to do next and you will have to go figure out whats wrong on your own but their nothing like that here in Texas City their very helpful and patient as well
