Melissa Fielding I originally went with with a “Big” bank for my first mortgage. 36 hours before closing, that bank decided to back track on the loan and Cardinal (Hillary Bryand) saved the day. I was able to transfer all of my paperwork and close within 2 weeks with my same rate and lower closing cost. I wished I would have picked them 1st, but I trusted the bank I had been with for years. I’m so glad that I found Hillary and the Cardinal team.

Christopher Valdez Not as helpful as I thought they would be. Well actually I have not been helped at all? Update on review. I was upset due to being effected by Harvey. Running into what seem like road blocks on the road to recovery. In the end United Way of Brazoria county came thru in a big way. All I can say is thanks to them Im well on my way back to recovery. Im very appreciative of what they did for me. I want to thank all who were involved in helping me from United Way and everyone who contributed. Thank you.
