Saif Hussain Agency doesn’t care about customer retention I guess and it’s obvious from the negative reviews. My policy expired and the agent on the line told me that “the insurance provider will not renew the policy, so we have to start a new quote unfortunately. If you have no further questions, have a good day.” PS: I have been with this company/agent for 6 years. Moving on now though.

Nahum C The staff is really friendly, and act quickly when you have a claim. I had a claim for hail damage to my home. I called the office and a claims agent called me the same day. After shopping around for an insurance company, I found that Germania offered the best rates as compared with other insurance companies for the same type of home. You cant find a better insurance company for the money. I am really glad I found Pratus Insurance Services. Definitely recommend to others.
