4 /5 sophie lopez: I would like to start off by saying that Pedro was by far very helpful and informative when you came to certain policies that didnt fit my criteria he explained to me what policy would better suit me as an individual. Although the whole staff wasnt as pleasant as he was with that being said he did make up for what they lacked and I came back another few days to bring him my business just because I appreciated the way I was treated. So if anyone chooses this particular insurance company I recommend that you speak with Pedro he will go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you need.

They answer my questions in a reasonable manner and go out of their way to meet my insurance needs. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They are worth the drive from Bastrop, TX. 3 /5 Rick James: The phone number transfieres to any Amax employee in Austen and every female I have spoken with is only nice when they are trying to make a sale. If you have any issue at all be prepared for a lot of attitude and possibly getting hung up on mid sentence. Cheap liability though.
