Amanda Baker I have gone to Diamond Direct in Baybrook a few times now. For 3 separate jewelry sizes and repairs. Every time I have gone I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I thought maybe the first time I came was because they are in the business. But absolutely not. They truly care about your happiness and value. Hector sized and polished a very personal piece of jewelry for me. I would recommend him for anything that honestly means alot. Because just awhile ago my grandmas necklace broke and he repaired it with respect. He takes the time to make sure your jewelry fits comfortable and your happy. If you need new or old jewelry sized. Hector is your guy!

Loriann Cornwell El and Asma were incredibly helpful when I needed help with my watch. When I asked about mobility options, he suggested I park near the Cotton Patch cafe entrance. There were stairs I could use with my canes and a wide ramp for a walker or wheelchair. Their store was clean and set up well. I told him what I needed and he quoted me an excellent price...while I could not get my watch cleaned today, I am sure I will be coming back when I need additional help. Would 100 percent recommend this business.

I gave him a design and was shocked to see how much care, detail, and time he spent on the project. The project initially took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the extra time spent getting it just right. I will definitely be back for another project! Needless to say, customer service was fantastic and pricing was always fair. Thank you for giving a second life to a family heirloom that was passed down!
