Tiffany Nguyen Went to James Avery this past Saturday and Courtney was great. The bow ring didn’t come in my size and instead of her telling me to just wear it on another finger she brought out the ring sizer and largest size they carried. When I thought I wouldn’t be able to purchase this ring Courtney told me I could get it resized into my correct size. She was extremely patient with me even though the store was busy during the charm event. She exuded southern charm and I hope she has an amazing day! Darius Smith So, Initially I was skeptical about the quality and service when going with this TJ Jewelers to make my grill. I read the comments and some of them wasn’t so good. However, I had a totally awesome experience. I’m glad I followed my first instinct. He locked in the price and let me put on layaway. I wanted it asap because I was going out of town. And I wanted it by a certain date. My grill was ready the day he said it would be ready. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. TJ himself. He was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. I’m actually going back to purchase a rope chain and possibly a top bar grill. I’m very pleased with my product. Money well spent. Give him a shot and let him know Darius sent you. I had a great experience don’t let the bad reviews discourage you.

Our experience of selecting a magnificent diamond, designing an incredible ring from scratch, and eventually getting engaged with a spectacular piece of art was nothing short of incredible. From there, she and her team helped to create a magnificent ring which helped make for a most memorable engagement day. Christian Johnson I have a 10k gold ring from my mother-in-law that I have not been able to wear because it was too small. Kay Jewelers told me it would be $200 per ring to add gold and take two weeks to get back!!! This place offered to do it for $50 and it was ready the next day. My ring looks great. Jenni Romano I was very hesitant to use American Blue Diamonds after reading the reviews online, but I am so glad I didnt let all of the negative reviews sway my initial judgement! Linh was absolutely fantastic. She communicated with me during the entire custom order process, with almost instantaneous updates when I asked for them. My ring arrived today and it is absolutely stunning! She was also able to negotiate the price of the ring, and I know after shopping around, that Linh gave me a fantastic price. When the ring designer messed up my order, Linh was quick to apologize for their mistake and even sent me a lovely gift from American Blue Diamonds, even though it was not their error. I would highly recommend Linh and American Blue Diamonds. I truly had an exceptional customer service experience with them!
