1 /5 Austin Podowski: I used Beltz Law Firm several years ago and had a fantastic, hands-on experience. Unfortunately, my recent engagement in 2025 was completely different. Communication was poor, call center staff were undertrained, and their client portal is outdated. Payments and court notices were mismanaged to the point that a warrant was issued against me—completely defeating the purpose of hiring them.
Requests for updates were ignored or met with dismissive responses. When I inquired about expungement services, there was little initiative or willingness to guide me, despite my willingness to pay.
While I take responsibility for my traffic violations, Beltz failed to deliver the basic, worry-free service promised. If you want simple traffic tickets handled efficiently, do yourself a favor and work directly with the court.
