1 /5 SARA SULAK: Paid $500 for an online consultation regarding a LLC. She was very condescending, would giggle under her breath when giving us bad news and gave us nothing but bad news. She basically told us we were going to lose everything, including personal property, told my husband to get a second job to "support his family" and was sure to let us know how busy she was and how valuable her time was. We have since found a more professional lawyer that has actual advice and solutions for our situation. I would not recommend Ms. Shank to anyone.
