1 /5 Adam Perez: I had a very disappointing experience with Hall Law regarding my child support case. I initially reached out to them on May 22, 2024, for assistance in ensuring that my child support obligation was properly terminated. After paying a $225 consultation fee, I met with Mrs. Hall on June 4th for less than 30 minutes. I explained that I was unsure of the legal steps required and wanted to hire her to handle the process for me. She advised that my child support would "come off on its own," which contradicted the information I later received from both the Texas Attorney Generals Office and my employers benefits coordinator. Despite my concerns, I agreed to hire Mrs. Hall and paid the requested $2,030 fee. I was told the process would take a few weeks, but as time passed, communication became nearly nonexistent. I submitted documents and inquiries through their client portal on June 7th and received no response. When I followed up multiple times over the next few months—on July 15th, August 4th, September 30th, and October 2nd—I was repeatedly told there were "no updates" without any clear explanations. Additionally, I was not informed about a "motion to clarify" that had been accepted on July 1st. It wasn’t until October 8th, after I had already resolved my case elsewhere in just three days, that Mrs. Hall finally reached out. The entire experience was frustrating, marked by poor communication, lack of urgency, and misinformation. I felt as though my case was not a priority for them, and I regret entrusting them with this matter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Hall Law to anyone in need of reliable legal representation.
