Fred Sargent Over the years, I have not had good and lasting experiences with insurance agents. It seems that they will work to get your business initially but then they get lazy and don’t want to do any work. So far, Trusted Insurance Group has been different. I just finished my first renewal of home, auto and umbrella with them and Sarah Kirk did a great job for me in this difficult insurance market. We had to change insurers because of a non renewal from a major carrier ( increased risk of wildfire in Crosby ) go figure. Anyway she was able to get decent coverage at a reasonable cost for all of my policies. I would recommend Trusted Insurance Group and Sarah Kirk as good alternative if you are seeking insurance. She will put in the work for you.

Kevin Miller Amy is wonderful to work with and takes care of my requests quickly. Amy knows the importance of service and always has your best interest in mind first and never “pads” your policy for her own monetary gain. Many times over the years she has communicated to me the better option and we go with it because I trust her judgment in this area completely. Mandy We moved to Texas and changed our car insurance to State Farm with Bill Ashley and they have been very helpful and we haven’t had any issues.
