1 /5 Fabian Suniga: I’ve been a member of Texell Credit Union for over a year now, and I’ve had nothing but frustration. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I call, I’m either put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time or the representative is unhelpful and dismissive. I’ve had issues with my account that took weeks to resolve, and their online banking system is outdated and difficult to navigate.
Recently, I had to deal with an error on my account that was clearly their mistake, yet they took no responsibility and refused to offer any assistance. To top it off, I’ve experienced multiple instances of fees being applied without clear explanation.
I regret switching from my previous bank to Texell and will be looking for a new financial institution as soon as possible. Avoid this credit union if you value your time and money.
