2 /5 Espinoza Espinoza: Wellby should consider joining the Zelle now that the app has gone away. I truly do like Wellby as my bank but if they do not consider incorporating Zelle into their system I would need to leave and open an account with a bank that allows me to send money in an instant and not add a person as a pay person and wait 3-5 business days for the money to arrive. Please consider Zelle as a form of payment to others so I wont have to leave a bank I really like to use.

1 /5 LAUREN: Andrew was extremely rude and unhelpful whenever I contacted the bank for help. Furthermore, whenever I asked to be transferred to a different customer service agent he refused to transfer me. This happened multiple times several days in a row and it was so ridiculous and rude I almost went in person to have a discussion. I expect professionalism and kindness from my bank staff, not people acting like high schoolers and refusing to even attempt to help me, but if you really feel the need to be useless the least you can do is transfer the issue to someone who is interested in doing their job correctly.
