4 /5 Ashley: These people who are posting all these reviews if they actually took the time answer the calls that we make and listen to us they will understand were not scammers these bills get placed in the office from the people that you see at hospitals or doctors they built separately number two is we get put in collections they do send 30 60 and 90 day letters also on top of that most of you have gotten letters in the mail our email if you actually take the time and read the letters that we send you but most of you guys dont just want to pay it you get mad because you get charged all this

1 /5 Lotfi Ben Elkhattab: Got a collection notification from this people on my transunion account, it’s a fraudulent acct that i never opened , i just disputed it and waiting for transunion to remove it. Also i red all reviews and they are all saying the same thing. This needs to be stopped by the credit bureaus , its affecting peoples credit scores.

1 /5 Tossie Crowder: I too have experienced collection attempts from this company. When I asked several times who the original company was for said debt(2,050), and asked why I received no communications from there company all I got was he had to explain the two ways that the collection works. I was then told I was very hard to work with and if I was going to pay it off. So I told him I wasnt stupid, I read other reviews and how they have many law suits against them for the same thing. So he asked what I was going to do and I told him I would be filing a suit as well to the FDCPA if said debt wasnt removed by close of business this week. He hung the phone up... 1 /5 Kayla Bauer: Got a notification from credit karma about a collection. I should NOT have any collections. Ive never heard of this company. Never been contacted or had any mail from this collections agency. Like theyre supposed to do before sending anything on your credit report. Ive paid anything and everything I ever owed. I found theyre being sued. They have 2 active lawsuits against them right now. Bet theyll have more. Im starting to gather all my information about them and make a lawsuit myself. They claimed I owe $1,300. Nothing in mail about who I owe or what the original creditor was or where. I suggest everyone get a lawyer and sue. **update** After 2 long reports to the credit agencies, them denying the 1st claim they finally deleted it. Always put fraudulent. When anything goes into collections it means your info was sold and the debt you owed was claimed as a loss. Youre not to owe anything. They tried to get me for a bill that was due 2 yrs ago. I had the receipts and confirmation numbers. Phone calls ect. They werent getting a penny from me. Also they were rude on the phone. Hanging up, raising their voice, being rude. Dont provide your info if you do youre verifying the info they have or theyll update it to have more against you. Update pt 2: they sold my information to another creditor. After fighting it, I have to fight it again.

1 /5 Sam Mouw: Was put on my credit report also. Never heard of them and never went to a Dr when they claimed I did! Said I owe 1400. Tried to fight it through credit Karma and just came back saying they wont change it and no one can tell me what the bill is! Ive gotten a lot of spam calls lately too from people that I know are scammers. Will be going to get legal counsel if this is not corrected.
