1 /5 Adrianna Mickey: They have the worst customer I called because it showed I got charged 2 times for my policy and it’s and the manger I talk to was very disrespectful and was rude had a bad attitude and it’s ridiculous they said it was going up to 2 weeks for me to get my money back and it’s been 3 or 4 days now and with me catching it as soon as it happened which was around 11 am on Thursday morning I should have already gotten my money refunded this is the worst place to get insurance with do not use them they are a sorry company I also asked for the corporate phone number and they wouldn’t give it to me they said that I can google it but I shouldn’t have too they should of gave it to me

3 /5 Lori Ann: One lady was on the phone the whole time we were in there. Talking on a headset loud... Had a promotion advertised all over office but it "was over". The lady we worked with was very.nice. dont like that one of the customers have to sit behind a big a** computer screen and cant physically see the representative.
