Great customer service, there has always been a quick response time with anything Ive needed. I asked for a quote and within a couple hours I was signing paperwork! Best rates Ive seen hands down. I recommend her to everyone I know and meet and everyone has been shocked by how much they can save!!

5 /5 Erin Abel: TFB and I go way back. When I turned 18 and got my 1966 Mustang Convertible, John Clarke made sure I had coverage for my "baby". As I started my different businesses here in San Marcos, Horton House (a Sober Living Facility) and Texas Rock House (a Wedding Venue & Event Center), John shopped around for me to get the best property insurance, at the best price, as well as making sure my liability was totally covered. Of course, John doesnt do this all on his own. He has a great support staff of lovely ladies. Dawnica & Monica are always there to greet you with a smile, or help you on the phone, or print up a copy of an Insurance Card if have misplaced yours, or are too busy to go home to look for it. Thanks Ladies! Paige became an agent a few years ago, and is always available to answer any questions, sends me reminders for policy renewals, audits my policies to make sure I am getting all discounts available, and in general helps me keep all my policies in order. I dont know what John (or I) would do without her! In short, John Clarke and his team at Texas Farm Bureau do it all - and do it well. Thank you all!

Melanie Stone at Texas Farm Bureau not only saved us quite a bit of money while providing us more insurance than we had before, she also has become a great asset to my family. She keeps her eyes out on products and services that could help our family, went above and beyond helping me when I was in a car accident, and is now keeping up with me and our insurance needs as we begin a house expansion. 1 /5 Mama bear Charo: I had been a member since 2008. I had multiple life insurance policies, both my home and rental home and all my autos insured thru them. I recently removed all my services. I feel like I was paying way more than I should have. I never had any claims but when my rental property was broken into recently. Guess what! All those years I have been paying and it Wasnt even covered for burglary. It was covered for the stupid crap. Lightning strikes fire, hail, wind. Another words nothing. I trusted my agent to make sure that Im covered. Thats their job and specialty is insurance. I assumed they were in for my best interest but they are just in it for money.
