2 /5 Brenda Gutierrez-Luke: Be cautious with this office. They make mistakes and fail to document important information on your account. We paid our insurance for September, with fees of $40.00 waived due to a miscommunication between them and our bank. Despite that, we then received a cancellation notice dated 09/27, letter dated 10.02, received the letter 10.08!! Meaning we unknowingly drove around without insurance for a week even though we had full coverage! The representative we spoke with didnt record any notes on our account, and we also paid the membership fees that month. I have the receipt and the bank statement to prove it!
They cancelled our policy over $40?! My suggestion to this office: hire staff who know what they’re doing. If it werent for the fact that you currently offer the lowest rates, we’d definitely switch to another company. This is unacceptable. If your employees can’t make CRITICAL NOTES on customers accounts, especially in situations like this, something is seriously wrong with your operation. Get it together! Dont people have enough to worry about as it is????!!!
