What stood out the most was how detailed and thorough she was in explaining everything. I arrived at 5:10 PM because I get out of work at 5, and even though it was close to closing time, Lesly still provided excellent customer service. She never made me feel rushed and took the time to walk me through every detail. She was calm, polite, and extremely professional. She also worked efficiently—it took less than 20 minutes to complete the paperwork! On top of that, she even helped me set up the app on my phone. I truly appreciate her patience and dedication. Ruth Sarahi I have been shopping around all day.. calling the big and small companies getting the run around. Agents left and right saying they were busy and would call me back.. Then the down payments were outrageous along with the cost.... Then I called here. FATIMA answered and was so sweet, told me she would call back and get me lower quotes and she did. Not only did she get me a low down payment, which mind you wasnt the lowest that I found but she was so helpful, she also got me the lowest monthly quote. 49.50 is what I am going to be paying monthly! Thank you Fatima. You are personable and friendly. Dont change that!
