She wasn’t an agent while I asked for agent to get clear information she declined that she doesn’t have agent in her office . So now I refuse to insure my auto .

1 /5 Amir Asfa: The worst insurance company I have ever had. They charged me after cancellation and send me a check with lower amount. This is very shameful. Not recommended for whoever has a good driving history and credit score.

ENSURE YOU READ WHAT YOU SIGN AND ENSURE THE AGENT DOES NOT TO SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS CLAIMING YOU SIGNED THEM AND ENSURE YOU ARE PRESENT WHEN PAPERWORK SIGNED. TOTAL RIPOFF.

1 /5 steven coder: biggest joke of an insurance company. filed a claim for hail damage 9/23. came out and gave me lowball for $$ for acv. roof needed replacing so luckily i had rcv. waited until after storm season 2024 to replace roof. lucky for me as i incorred more damage due to sever windstorm in dallas area. finally got approval to replace roof 9/24. now they wont release depreciation holdback and supplement $$$. wont return messages or phone calls. now im going to pay the remainer of claim out of my own pocket which i dont have i guess i will have to lawyer up costing more $$$. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

5 /5 yoli boli: Im new to Texas and I went to the first agency in my neighborhood. I was paying 5k a year for 3 cars. A friend suggested I shop around for new insurance. I came across Texas Farm Bureau Ins. I gave my info to a really nice lady at the Garland location. I got a call from Darrell and he gave me the best news ever. He was able to insure all my cars for an amazing price. Darrell is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Im so glad I made the switch. Ill recommend everyone I know to Mr. Darrell.
