2 /5 Tim Mays: Customer service has not been good recently. I recently bought a new car and sold one. Had some issues getting the correct auto insurance cards mailed to me. When I finally got them, they were expired. I have never experienced problems in the past, but a little disappointed in recent events.

1 /5 Jesse Kimani: Called to inquire about auto insurance. The lady who picked up the phone was not friendly, and abruptly put me on hold. Another lady or the same one, I couldnt tell took down my information and said they would get back to me with a quote and hang up. How rude! I never heard from them about that quote. Dont call this location unless you want to be disappointed.

1 /5 Che Farquar: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL I called to ask an insurance question and the receptionist was not only rude, but very unprofessional and just sour. The gentleman i was transferred to was also very short and when I expressed my concerns about he unprofessional-ism, he was not the least bit apologetic. My question was an immediate no when the rude receptionist had assured me that they did in-fact insure the item i was requesting. I then called the Angleton office, and the receptionist was sweet and bubbly, she was helpful and the response to my question was every Farm Bureau provides that type of insurance, I am sorry that they would not give you a quote. She told me i would have a call back in no time and a quote shortly after! I will be switching my policys to angleton today!

1 /5 Helen Grace Sublino: Every time I call this place to ask a lil favor to send just my insurance receipt in my email is always been a problem and very complicated to them on top of it they are very rude, customer service is horrible they need to train these women on the phone in how to be professional enough on taking calls!! After I amswitching to another insurance company just for that horible!

1 /5 Zaid Diaz: horrible customer service! Everytime we need to do something, its so complicated. I came from state farm and allstate and I never had to go in so much circles do get anything done. Yes they are cheap on their rates but the headaches and frustration this caused me is NOT worth it.
