Shirley decided to be rude to me and put down my company in front of another Chamber Professional shaming herself and the person in front of us. She had tripped and falling down at the meeting and I tried to console her. Once she recovered she decided to put down my company and I have 2 other advisors she has done this with in other networking groups that have made complaints against her. Cleverson mattos Worst bank Ive ever had. I paid off all my financing, paid it off via wire transfer, and its been 30 days and they havent released my title. I need to sell the car and I cant. The worst thing is that the customer service is always telling me something different. A trash bank.
