Katie Bonnell So I went in today to open a bank account. I was able to do mine with the manager of the facility. Instead of focusing on what we were doing she was helping everyone else then gradually getting back to what we were working on. Then towards that end after I done stayed that Im not familiar with this bank I really wasnt given any information everything was speed through. No information about online banking, if there is an mobile app no nothing. Also its not a huge deal or anything but anywhere else would give you a folder of some type to put your paper work in. Here nope your just handed this stack of papers along with little ones that could fly away as soon as you step outside. She really didnt explain everything they had to offer either so it wasnt a pleasant experience. Im not impressed and would not recommend due to poor customer service.

Melissa McKee We have been with Selah for a few years now. I love that they give advice that is best for their clients, rather than to benefit their personal pocketbooks. That is HUGE to me. David Norton I normally use another bank outside of town far away, but ended up doing a deposit here yesterday and they were just exceptionally awesome. I had a small issue, completely my fault, and they helped me so much and were so kind. I really like the set up as well and the amount of drive-thrus they have is kind of wild but also awesome for customers :-) strongly recommend this Bank

Dave C Worst company ever. They do everything they can to twist words and situations in order to screw your over. Never use this company. They are scam artists.
