Marcela was a fantastic Client Coach and treated me with respect. Bonnie was my Portfolio Manager/Closing Coordinator and had immense patience while guiding me through the process. OTRL and their incredible employees make this normally scary process easy, comfortable, and fast! Along with their loan services, they offer financial mentoring. This is a huge asset that I would recommend EVERYONE take advantage of. OTRL helps you improve your credit and financial position via their mentoring.
