1 /5 Alexa Long: One of the worst experiences I’ve had with any loan company. They promised me a $7,000 loan and made it seem like everything was ready to go—all I had to do was sign. I waited for hours and jumped through every hoop they asked, only to be denied at the last minute because of “high mileage” on my older car (which they were going to put a lien on anyway). What made it even worse was how unprofessional the staff was—arguing loudly in front of customers and showing no sense of urgency or courtesy. When they denied me, no one made an effort to call anyone, offer other options, or help me further. Just a cold, careless “no.” I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m writing this review so no one else will waist all of there time !

2 /5 Stephenie Smith: Theyre ok if youre in a difficult place and need some $. But they also suck so bad! The closing process involves them trying to sell you insurance and other BS crap. Like a used car salesman up in your business. And super rude as hell about it. Very pushy. If you can avoid, please do. I will.

1 /5 Malveaux Chris “JC”: Wow, where do I start other than what I will say is do not use this location under any means necessary the leadership. The young lady named Corina is horrible. She is verbally abusive antagonistic condescending. Totally unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I as well responded to a promotion from credit.karma completed an application online got an approval which I normally would not do outside of my Credit Union use this type of service but I thought well I’ll try. I uploaded the necessary documents and ask what were the remaining steps before I complete the final stages The young lady was combative with me. She threatened that she was gonna throw my file out and that I didn’t have to use them. She basically just talked down to me as if though her office never needs consumer patronage. Please go to the SugarLand location! Or better yet don’t use One Main at all as this seems to be part of their culture as I’ve read other reviews.

5 /5 Adrian M: I had some initial concerns with the customer service when I entered the office but other than that I had a good experience. I will say Anna and Corina did a great job. If you choose this location make sure you request Ana. She was very professional and got my loan sent to me same day. Thanks for everything

1 /5 Isata Siaffa: This loan company is a scam application done almost week and a half ago and I was approved online asked to uploaded my documents still nothing Ive called the branch on westhiemer road several times and my so called rep always busy on the other line to talk to me they enjoy wasting peoples time my only regret is applying and my personal information is now exposed to them dont waste your time applying scam loan company terrible employees on the westhiemer branch
