This is a solid team and in the midst of inflation I was considering switching to a different company but I am staying for two reasons; my rate would be around the same with a different company and the customer service is unmatched at this office! All you have to do is write a check or use a debit card, but I want to make sure that you understand that these people are the best. They, in my opinion; set the standards that every insurance company should strive to meet. If it wasnt for the people who work for Tim, I wouldnt have insurance today. There has been at least 3 incidents that I have had problems financially and they have went the distance and more to make sure that I have the peace of mind and the knowledge that I am insured and that if anything happens, I am covered. I personally thank them for all they have done for me. If you are looking for insurance, for people who actually care, then this is the place to go.

Anna Galvan My daughter was in a fender bender with one of their clients. Its been almost a year and her medical bill has not been resolved. Called several times to speak to the assigned agent but no returned call. This is just bad customer service. I hope they treat their clients better.
