She was astonishingly Knowledgeable. She was able to explain every line item in the quote in detail and analyze why I would want this or that coverage, the alternatives, and the pros and cons. She went back and forth with me on what to include and what was perhaps not necessary. She was pleasant, enthusiastic and saved me a ton of money. Six stars.
