1 /5 Tiffany Logan: I have had good and bad experiences with this office. Lately with this last policy its been bad. I started it on the phone the. Whe. I got there one lady redid it took off many discounts a d raised my rates. I went to the other one explained they helped fix it. And in the process ended up talking to a lady from this store and got things better. I refuse to talk to the original person who messed up my policy up. Now when I call I ask who I am talking to and they hang up on me without telling me a name and ig ore my calls. This is rude.
