1 /5 Tiffany Logan: I have had good and bad experiences with this office. Lately with this last policy its been bad. I started it on the phone the. Whe. I got there one lady redid it took off many discounts a d raised my rates. I went to the other one explained they helped fix it. And in the process ended up talking to a lady from this store and got things better. I refuse to talk to the original person who messed up my policy up. Now when I call I ask who I am talking to and they hang up on me without telling me a name and ig ore my calls. This is rude.

1 /5 Daniel Hale: Insurance is a Scam all they do is constantly rip you off by changing the price they originally quote you and also charging a DEPOSIT which you do not get back!? That is not a deposit its a loophole word for ripping you off for more money as someone who has no accidents or tickets Im insulted that this nonsense hasnt been addressed in general They should not be able to call it a deposit!! This is the kind of misleading terminology constantly used as far as I go hunting for a new insurance company their online payment system is a joke

Ive gone in having to change my policy and shes always gone above and beyond to meet my needs! I have no complaints whatsoever... definitely recommend to anyone who needs affordable insurance.

1 /5 Dalia Cuellar: My mother added my son & his car to her insurance. They only insured the car for a month, then removed his and added him on to her car insurance. Raised the price without informing either one of them, but continued to accept the original payment amount. So neither car was insured after the first month. The Rep (who clearly is not certified) then lied claiming my Sons car wasn’t ever insured when clearly it was or else he wouldn’t had been able to get inspection or get the title switched to his name. Then she claimed he never gave her the VIN which doesn’t make sense, because we all know you need a VIN number to get insurance. This place doesn’t even deserve a half of a star.
