Jenzad Jenzad Geramy was great, he got me a quote in relatively quick manner. He was able to quickly make adjustments I wanted while giving me feedback on the things being changed. Also I appreciated that he gave me quote even though I didn’t directly request from them as I was looking at other carriers. So it was a welcomed surprise given I didn’t have to jump through calling someone or all that, using info available publicly they were able to generate a competitive rate.

Michael Caudle Proactive!!!! Always calls me when I have a change to my insurance which is appreciated because sometimes the changes are small and I wouldnt probably notice. MY coverage is great. If you are shopping for insurance based off price and not coverage you are doing it wrong. The best insurance will not be the cheapest 9 out of 10 times. Do yourself and my family a favor and get yourself covered properly with Allstate.

Charles Wade Lisa takes care of us at Farmers Thomas Scott Agency. Shes very knowledgeable and helps break down your policy so you understand the coverages you have. We needed a tow and Farmers reimbursed us up to $75. I took my receipt to Lisa and she submitted to Farmers and I had a refund in my bank in less than 30mins.
