But it seems just another company that will give you a great deal at first to hook you in but then change things up like Comcast. 3 years, no accidents or tickets, they took off my 10 dollar auto pay credit just because I only have a debit card. Its prejudicial. Ive never been late on a payment.ive been on autopsy for 3 years, my bill has been almost double since I started. They just pull out whatever they want now. One month its this and one month its that...I called and tried to get everything fixed. I ended my auto pay until I heard back from the manager. They pulled it out anyway, and havent heard back from the manager. Oh. And the first girl I was expressing my disappointment in what was happening, and asked to have it adjusted since Im a loyal customer...she actually asked me if I wanted to cancel..they were really busy because it was tax season...thats when they got me 3 years ago. So I guess I dont matter anymore.
