1 /5 W Wol: I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the service from ( Cory Pack ) State Farm office. For an insurance company that promises to be "a good neighbor," the reality has been anything but. My experience has shown that Cory Pack agency is great at taking your money but completely fails when you actually need their help.I recently had to file a claim, a stressful situation where I needed my agents assistance and guidance. However, when I reached out to Cory Pack for help, he was completely unresponsive. Calls and emails were met with silence. It became clear that the customer service I received when signing up for a policy does not extend to the difficult moments when you are trying to make a claim. This lack of communication and support during a crucial time is unacceptable. An agents job is to be there for you when disaster strikes, not to disappear. My experience has left me feeling abandoned and has shown me that Cory Pack is not a reliable partner. I would caution anyone against using this agent if you expect to be supported in a time of need. In addition the office staff is Wonderful!
