1 /5 Bill Haynie: Not good. I was an Allstate customer for 15 years when I was late on one payment because I was recovering from a very serious surgery. Allstate took away my good payer discount which raised my rates by $ 250.00 a month. So.... goodbye Allstate, I cancelled all my policies and went with another company. Allstate doesnt care about the policy holder, and loyalty doesnt mean anything to this company.
