1 /5 AZP G: Run! They are horrible! We cut our premium for our house in half by switching companies and our car insurance premium went down significantly. They are terrible about paying claims and wouldnt return our calls. They didnt update our address when we moved so our other policy renewals went to our old address and cancelled. The lady named Raquel who always answers the phone is snotty, has a terrible attitude and is poorly trained. She cant find customer payments and told me I may have been scammed even though I made a payment through the system they instructed me to use! Then she hung up on me. I needed to know if I should cancel my credit card but she wouldnt answer the phone when I called back after she hung up on me! Shes horrible. Avoid this place at all costs!
