1 /5 Warren Lanphier: Mr. Gandy is a pleasant smooth talking southerner. If that will win cases then he is your man. I found Mr. Gandy through my employers Employee Assistance Program or EAP which promised me a reasonable discount on his cost per hour. My first complaint in open court he announce as required his rate and how much he had billed me, Well he billed me full rate without any of the agreed upon discount required through the association he gets referrals from. My final divorce decree was written by opposing counsel and it was poorly written so poorly that my ongoing legal proceedings the bankruptcy trustee and my new lawyer are unable to make heads or tails from what is written yet Mr. Gandy wont return calls or emails from me even though he billed me 8500.00 but did not complete 8500.00 worth of work. He did 0 prep work with me prior to trial while my ex whose divorce cost 3000.00 less was extremely prepared he allowed my dead grandfathers words to be used against me. I could go on and on. I would be extremely cautious before retaining Mr. Gandy.
