I knew it would likely cost more but when I asked to confirm that. The assistant or lawyer I was speaking to laughed at me like she though it was funny. It was tough situation and I was anxious and just trying to get confirmation and assistance. Being laughed at when I need help was very unappreciated and I will not being using them again.
