Law Office of W. Todd Ver Weire - Georgetown

Eric Ramos From the year that Todd was taking care of me I can honestly say without question did everything in his power to help me. Complete and open communication 7 days a week, always responded to emails, and kept a very friendly demeanor with it all. When I thought I didn’t have anywhere to go I could go to him, and he would find ways for me to get stuff done, or use him as a line of communication for anything. Overall 5 stars all around!!!!

Elder Law Office of Eric J Pullen - Amarillo

Mary Vigil A must read review… Mr. Pullen drew up my Mom’s Last Will & Testament, Durable POA, Medical POA, etc… in 2011 just prior to her cancer diagnosis. She had many questions about the process, but he was patient and thoroughly explained everything for her. After her passing, I made an appointment to make sense of the process I needed to handle the estate; he was nothing shy of professional, compassionate, and remarkably easy to work with. He took care of everything! I simply appeared before the judge while he did the rest. As many people realize, handling an estate after someone’s death can truly bring out the worst in family members when not everyone agrees with final wishes. Part of this, I believe, is sometimes more simple than greed because we all handle grief in our own unique ways! This was something that my mother anticipated, and the driving force behind making arrangements in advance of becoming ill. There was, indeed, a no contest clause; however, there are still ways for others to delay the probate and closing of an estate. My brothers decided to contest various aspects of the process regarding the role my mother asked me to take. It wasn’t anything based in fact, but it caused delays, including the possibility of a trial, but eventually led to a mediated resolution. Eric was knowledgeable, empathetic, and was on the ball keeping everything progressing for a resolution as quickly as possible! You rely on having everything properly set in place while taking the time to truly listen to your unique circumstances. I know how much comfort that brought to my mom; I will be forever grateful for how he interacted with my mom. I just had no idea that I would end up seeking out his advice and services as well after she passed away. Anyone can draw up documents for you final wishes, including yourself, if you’re bold / confident enough to think that you will remember and anticipate all possibilities that will unfold during an exceptionally difficult period of your life. Being the Executrix, it can be a bit stressful and unnerving simply because it isn’t something you do everyday. Eric guided and reassured us from start to finish! The professional and compassionate man he and his staff are, completely makes all the difference in the world! I sincerely appreciate everything he did for my mom in getting her affairs in order! After her passing, I opted to seek out his counsel for the probate process as he was familiar with the details of the estate and what wishes my mom personally expressed to him. I cannot tell you how valuable his knowledge and expertise was to my mother and I! Mr. Pullen, it’s been 14 years since you guided us through this journey, and I will always remember and appreciate you! I’ve since referred everyone I know who is looking to get their affairs in order, and everyone I hear that is going to be in charge of matters for a loved one during the final days of care, as well as with the process of probate and closing of an estate! You have many options for who you choose to draw up documents for yourself or your family, but the person you choose to guide you, and walk through the process for beginning to end is an invaluable resource! I cannot recommend Eric Pullen strongly enough!! Sir, you will forever be remembered for walking beside me during one of the most difficult times of my life!

Friedman Law Office - Texarkana

Michael Friedman Reply to review by Kayla Agee: On 3/21/25 Michael Friedman was hired to represent Kaylas boyfriend, who is incarcerated for 20 years in the Texas prison system in a case out of Hunt County. The purpose of the employment was to get an unrelated drug case in Bowie County concluded so that any sentence from Bowie County would run concurrent with the Hunt County sentence. Upon request by Michael Friedman after plea negotiations, a Zoom hearing was scheduled by the Bowie County District Court at which the boyfriend pled guilty and was sentenced to 5 years to run concurrent with the Hunt County sentence. A court order to that effect was entered on June 13, whereby the Bowie County case was wrapped up and Michael Friedmans representation for that purpose was concluded. Several weeks later Michael Friedman was contacted by Kayla inquiring why the Texas prison system had not yet acknowledged the Bowie County sentencing order. Michael Friedman told her that he did not know the answer to that, but he would contact the Bowie County Clerk to find out. Kayla said she had already done that and began a tirade about the representation. Michael Friedman unilaterally terminated her call. Kayla immediately called again and continued her tirade with profanity. Michael Friedman told her that he had done what he was hired to do, that she was not his client, and that he did not intend to listen or talk to her any further. Michael Friedman then unilaterally terminated the call. Michael Friedman then contacted the Bowie County District Clerk and was advised that the Bowie County court order had been filed on June 16, that the Texas prison system had been duly notified in accordance with the clerks standard procedures, and that no additional legal procedure was necessary.

Moore Family Law, P.C. - Frisco

Adeel Ali I had the most incredible experience working with Mr. Philip Moore. From the moment I met him, I was facing a storm — an unjust protection order, damage to my reputation, and a highly contested divorce. Philip was not only an exceptional legal advocate, but also a steady, honest guide through some of the hardest moments of my life. What stood out most was his integrity. He always gave me the legal advice I needed, even when it wasn’t easy to hear. He encouraged me to be transparent, to stay prepared, and to approach every step with clarity and purpose. His background in corporate law was also invaluable — he ensured my business interests were protected every step of the way. I also want to recognize Jolie, his paralegal, who is an absolute gem. Incredibly professional, patient, and kind — she walked with me through every document, every deadline, and every anxious moment with grace. Thanks to their work, we reached a mediated settlement that felt just. It wasn’t perfect — mediation never is — but it honored the truth of the situation and brought closure in a way that felt fair to all sides. I’m deeply grateful for Philip and Jolie. If you’re facing something complex or overwhelming, they are the team you want by your side.

Bosque Count District Attorney - Meridian

Wick Beavers Bryan looks to be falsely convicted for the murder of his wife, Mickey. The blood spatter analyst, whose so called “evidence” was the state’s SOLE EVIDENCE, has admitted his analysis was FALSE. The Bosque County DA and state prosecutors are ABJECTLY and WILLFULLY DENYING the use of new DNA testing. In order to maintain their status in being “RIGHT” for 31 years, the BOSQUE COUNTY DA WILLFULLY CONTINUES TO REFUSE BRYAN a new trial. In effect, the Bosque County DA is refusing both to find Mickey’s real killer and to exonerate Bryan, her husband, who has most likely been FALSELY INCARCERATED for over 31 YEARS! DO THE RIGHT THING!!!
