A salesman wants you to buy a product and move on so they can sell another. An agent is there to personally take care of you and your needs. This is Richard Longacre all day. I have never had a more personal experience with an agent. Hes not trying to sell me something. He genuinely cares about my family and me. I have had to call on him many times over the years, and he has always come through quickly and efficiently. Whether it be funding a repair or making sure we had what we needed to get through a crisis, Richard is the guy. I can call his office and he answers the phone. Always a great experience to work with him.
